Hey You, Trust Yourself

Hey You, Trust Yourself

You are a powerful human being. What you think, you manifest. What you believe becomes your foundation. And you can change your mind at any time. You can change your beliefs, too.

When you begin believing in yourself, you move from victim to self-lover. Loving yourself as whole. Seeing yourself as beautiful. Challenging yourself to dream bigger. You have the power to transform your life.

This latest episode of The Wisdom Channel® came about after a dream. Someone from my past tried to force me to do something I didn’t align with. In the dream, I calmly said no. With sovereignty. I woke up feeling “some kind of way.” Proud I maintained my sovereignty. Also aware of the audacity.

Anyone I’ve dated, I wish them well. I’m grateful for the lessons and the positive experiences, as much as the ones that didn’t feel great. They taught me what I needed to learn about trusting what is right for me. My body always signals when something or someone isn’t aligned.

Reflecting on that truth shaped the flow of this episode.

Interestingly, this episode was recorded live on the first day of Mercury Retrograde, a time often associated with reflection, revisiting the past, and recalibrating trust in ourselves.

I thought about my younger self. And the young people of today.

If I could go back, I’d tell her how beautiful she is, and to love her body. I’d want to warn her of future obstacles, but if she still wanted to live life fully, to go ahead because she will be okay. It may be a hard road, but girl, trust yourself.

I’d also say, “Girrrrl… do not sleep with married men. Ever.”

Because when you trust yourself, you don’t place yourself in situations that require you to override your own integrity. You don’t negotiate with your values for temporary validation.

We have intuition. We have feelings. When something, or even some food, isn’t compatible with our bodies, we know.

For clarity: your intuition is supportive and loving. If a voice urges you to hurt yourself or someone else, that is not intuition. I shared 10 Affirmations to Empower Yourself and Help Clear Energy on Instagram @lisaeveinspires if you feel like you’ve been pulled off course.

Wherever you are on your path, trust yourself.
Stop overriding your inner knowing.
Stop handing your power to people who benefit from your confusion.

As I listened back, I realized something.

This is soul work.
S-O-L-E work.

The foundation. The ground you stand on.

At any time, you can shift how you feel, how you listen to your body, and how you speak to yourself. Loving yourself is self-respect. Self-respect is the foundation of love. Just like oil and water don’t mix, neither do love and disrespect.

You have never had to prove you are lovable. You don’t beg. You don’t grovel. If you pray, pray to learn how to love yourself so deeply that you no longer seek external validation or attach to someone offering the bare minimum, in friendship or romance.

You deserve the best.

Life can vanish in an instant. Rather than hustling harder, pleading with someone to stay, or settling for repeated betrayal, even when it feels uncomfortable, reclaim your power. Reclaim yourself.

You will learn in the way that aligns for you. If you stumble, and fail, you will get back up and rise again with new clarity.

Anyone can listen to this episode and recognize themselves in it. Anyone can feel the moment they bent their truth to keep the peace. Anyone can remember when they knew and didn’t act.

That’s the teaching.

If this episode resonates, sit with it. Listen again. Notice where your body responds. That is your guidance system.

Trust that.

Love honors choice.
And the most important choice you will ever honor is your own.

If this episode supported you, share it with someone who is learning to trust themselves again.

With love,
Lisa Eve
