Order Processing Time

  • All of our products are made to order, and each item is individually printed and shipped by our fulfillment partners. This means that processing times may take up to 3–7 business days before your order is shipped.
  • Processing times may vary during peak seasons (e.g., holidays), and we recommend allowing extra time for your order to be prepared.

Shipping Times

  • After your order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes between 3–10 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected.
  • Please note that delivery times may vary, especially during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather delays or shipping carrier issues.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
  • We offer a variety of shipping options, which will be presented to you during the checkout process.

International Shipping: NOT AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME

  • We do not offer international shipping to select countries, at this time. Please be aware that shipping times and costs may vary depending on your location.
  • Any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees associated with international shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.
  • Keep in mind that it may take 24–48 hours for tracking information to update once your order has been shipped.

Address Accuracy

  • It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect addresses.
  • If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing the order, please contact us immediately. We may be able to update the address if your order has not yet been processed.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Since all of our products are made to order and custom printed specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns. Exchanges are possible if you have received the wrong item, or the item has damage upon receipt. Please ensure that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
  • If there is an issue with your order (e.g., defective or damaged items), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product. We will work with you to resolve the issue in accordance with our quality guarantee.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • In the rare event that your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier and our fulfillment partner to resolve the situation.
  • Be sure to keep any damaged items and packaging as you may need to provide photos for investigation purposes.
