Refund policy
FOR PRODUCT PURCHASES
PRODUCT PURCHASES ARE FOR ALL ITEMS THAT CAN BE SHIPPED, AND EXCLUDES HEALING SERVICES (FREQUENCY ALIGNMENT/THE LOVE SHIFT, INTUITIVE LIFESTYLE COACHING, PROPERTY CLEARING)
We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. However, if you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days so we can make it right. We do not accept returns or provide refunds because every product is made to order especially for you. When a product received is damaged, incorrectly printed, or the wrong size, we will be happy to provide an exchange for products of equal or lesser value.
Please donate or gift the item you want to exchange.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns, or provide refunds, or exchanges, on sale items or gift cards.
To be eligible for an exchange, please snap up to three photos of your product to show us the issue, and send them along with your order number to sales@thehappychannel.com.
If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send out a replacement to the address on the original order.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
FOR PREMIUM & ALTERNATIVE HEALING SERVICES
48-hour Advance Notice is Required When Cancelling an Appointment, where applicable.
- If you can give Lisa Eve at least 48 hours, you may reschedule your appointment for a later time, where applicable.
- If you cannot give Lisa Eve at least 48 hours’ prior notice to cancel your appointment, you will not be entitled to choose a later appointment time. *Sometimes emergencies happen. Notice given less than 48 hours due to an emergency will be rescheduled on a case-by-case basis.
- No-shows: A “no-show” is someone who does not show up for an appointment, where applicable for whatever reason. If you are a no-show, you will not be entitled to reschedule.
- Late Arrivals: If you arrive late to your in-person session or are late to a phone session, your time will still end at the said appointment time, and the “full” session rate still applies.
- Refunds: All downloadable content, Premium, and Alternative Healing Sessions, Intuitive Coaching Sessions, Email Readings, Property Clearings, and Packages purchased are final. No refunds.
Cancellation and Refund Policy for In-Person Fairs (Wellness, Holistic and Metaphysical)
- You may cancel up to 1 day before the event for a full refund.
- If you cancel on the day of the event, you will receive a refund for 50% of the purchase price.
- This cancellation and refund policy does not apply to locations (hotels, resorts) where Lisa Eve is a Visiting Practitioner. Please review the accommodating hotel's policies for their Cancellation and Refund options.
