How your session works
Your session is 15 minutes. I let Spirit guide the flow, and on occasion that calls for a little more time as a gift of the moment. Fifteen minutes remains the space I create and hold for you.
I welcome as many questions as you bring, and I do everything I can to speak to what matters most to you within that time.
After booking, I will send you a short form by email so you can share your questions and any context that feels relevant.
Once your session is complete, you'll receive a private audio recording by email to listen to at your own pace.
Timing
Sessions are completed in the order they're received, typically within one to two weeks.
