Did you know that you chose this life? It may be hard to understand this concept, although it is true. We are souls and chose to evolve by being human. Our physical vehicle for mobility are our bodies. They are complex modes of transport; especially our brains! We can think a thought that feels uplifting, or think about doom, and feel uncomfortable.
Consider this as you blame yourself or another for something not going the way you wanted it to; that it’s (whatever it is) happening FOR you. An event, an experience, a game, etc., happens for you to learn and evolve. What is the lesson? In which areas are you needing to grow?
