(A Post-Show Reflection from The Wisdom Channel™)
I woke up the morning after my live show feeling a little groggy, questioning if I had shared too much.
You know that feeling, the vulnerability hangover that comes after speaking your truth out loud.
But when I rewatched the recording, I saw it clearly: gold nuggets everywhere. Truth, depth, and love.
Authenticity isn’t always tidy. It’s raw, it’s honest, and it takes courage to look within and name what feels out of alignment.
The episode began where all truth begins, in the body.
Mine had been calling for attention in so many ways: dehydration, discomfort, even the painful reminder of cracked lips. I used to see those moments as inconveniences. Now I see them as communication.
Our bodies are messengers. They don’t lie.
They tell us when we have pushed too hard, said yes when we meant no, or silenced our intuition for someone else’s comfort.
For years I carried pride in my high pain tolerance, thinking endurance meant strength. That version of “strength” only delayed healing.
The real strength comes from listening, not waiting until things hurt so much that you have no choice.
When you slow down long enough to breathe, hand on heart, your body will always tell you the truth. It’s the same inner voice that knows when love feels right, when a space feels aligned, and when something in your spirit whispers, “Not this.”
That is what authenticity really is:
Learning to trust the quiet signals within you.
Learning to honor them even when they don’t make logical sense.
Learning to choose yourself, without guilt and without apology.
During the show, I spoke about writing. For years I resisted it, yet it’s one of my purest forms of expression. What once felt like work has become joy, and that is the invitation of authenticity too: to come home to what lights you up.
As I channeled that night, my team reminded me that authenticity is not only about “I.” It is also about “we.”
We are all learning to listen, to ourselves and to one another, with more compassion.
When we are honest with ourselves, we become safer for others to be honest too.
Wherever this message finds you, I invite you to pause and listen.
Your body knows. Your soul knows.
You are being guided toward greater alignment and truth every single day.
When you return to your truth, you return to yourself.
And from there, everything else can finally flow.
With love,
Lisa Eve
