Integrity starts with trusting your intuition. The more we can trust our intuition, our inner knowing, and follow that clarity, the easier life will be and the more we will be in flow.
You were born to make a difference. You have roots within you, since the time you were born, that have been growing alongside and within you. These roots branch out and take on new neural pathways in your brain, and often, they will lead back to your heart, one way or the other.
Whether you like your path or not, now is a time of great change. If you like how things are going, you will have an opportunity to foster more growth in that area. If you don't like the path you are on, you can say, "nope, I'm not going to do that anymore" and believe it in your heart that such will manifest.
Let your heart lead you. Let the love that was born within you light your path now.
In the episode this week, I shared three small examples of how I went against my intuition and how uncomfortable I felt when I did. It's like agitation. Discomfort. The lessons were there for me.
We choose how long we want to suffer. How long we feel uncomfortable. This can happen in all areas of our lives. In relationships, when friendships don't feel fulfilling. When we know being involved with someone romantically isn't good for us. Or choosing to live somewhere that looks nice on the outside, but something feels off on the inside.
We often know the answers, yet many times we are afraid to say them. How many times have you said or not said something out of fear?
Let your heart lead the way. Your intuition guides you every single day. We just need to take time to be quiet, to have moments with ourselves to discern what the next right step is, for us, and us only. When we can make our inner worlds better, the outer will feel more in alignment, one day at a time.
